Volunteer Opportunity in Research

Volunteering for research gives you a unique experience which will set your application apart from all the other pre medical students especially if your name is on one of the publications for the research project you are doing. In order to volunteer for research look at the biological sciences website and find out what research projects are taking place at SFU. After you have selected the project which interests you contact the head of research and ask them if they accept volunteer send them your resume and let them know about your interest in volunteering. You can also look at research projects taking place in Kinesiology and Health Sciences Faculty.
